My Family

                            There are four members in my family. There are  my mother, father, sister and me. I wish to make the most of my days to fill them with joy, love and laugh. A family is one of the greatest gift god has given to all living creatures on the earth including humans.

                          The joy of living with your parents, fighting with your siblings over petty can just make me smile the moment I think of it. Whenever we go in this world and whatever we may achieve, our heart and soul will always be in our home because it is where our beautiful family is. Nothing in this world can be stronger than the bonding of the blood. Sometimes the family members have differences of opinion for silly things but our family that supports us during our up and downs.



                        We can't choose our family as we choose our friends. But I can say that I'm blessed with a wonderful family. My family is very small with four members. 

                       Family value and growing in such a caring surrounding helps me to pass all the struggles that I face in my daily life. My family is a blessing for me. I value everyone in my family with equal respect and love.💞

                      A family is said to be the first school of a child. It is from here you start to learn how to speak, walk and interact with the world. We all have one reason or the the other on why we love our family. I love mine because they are the best gift I could ever ask for and the fact that they have been there for me through the good, bad and funny times.😃

                                  I would like to spend my leisure time with my family and be active and also I like to discover new places. My idea on how to spend a leisure time is to take my family on an interesting trip. It doesn't matter how far it is. We can walk in the forests, zoo and beach. SINHALA AND TAMIL NEW YEAR

  We celebrate the sun festival in the month of April. Sinhala and Tamil new year is the biggest celebration in Sri Lanka. Usually, Sinhala and Hindu New Year falls on April 13th and 14th, symbolizing the ending of the old year, and the beginning of the New Year. It's based on the sun's movement from the Meena Rashiya to the Mesha Rashiya Sri Lankan welcomes the new year in April. It's the much awaited time of the year with the pleasant call of Koha.  The celebration is full of firecrackers and fireworks. The New Year rituals initially start with a neutral period called the "Nonagathe". So, during this period people keep off from all the work and engage in religious activities.
